Shipping policy

Shipping options:
Ecopods ships its capsules all over the world! We offer a standard international shipping option with default tracking for every order.

Shipping cost:
Ecopods is committed to offering you free delivery, that's our motto. This only applies to our traditional delivery method.

Duration of the expedition:
As we ship worldwide, expected delivery times vary from country to country. Delivery times vary between 10 and 14 working days. Please do not hesitate to send us a message if you have not heard from your package after 21 days.

Do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at sales@theecopods.com if you wish to reduce the delivery time by "express", which is quite possible with a small additional compensation.

Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed during the covid-19 pandemic, as packages may be held by your local post office for security reasons for an indefinite number of days. We have no control over this process.

Packaging :
As our name suggests, we want to advance mentalities and protect our planet. In principle, our packaging is recyclable on certain products, in particular Nespresso capsules. Unfortunately, due to COVID our supplier had a lot of difficulties, so for a short time we cannot guarantee receipt of the product in this packaging.

Processing time :
The processing time (that is, the time between when an order is placed and when it is shipped) is 2-4 business days, except in December. In order to keep shipping times to a minimum, we are processing orders in real time during this month.

Restrictions:
To ship an order to South Korea, we need the Tax and Customs ID number. If you forget to indicate it in your address, your order will be delayed, because we will have to contact you.

Responsibility :
All of our orders will be delivered by your national postal company (La Poste in France, Royal Mail in UK etc.). We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by:
- a customs delay
- strikes
- weather conditions
- an error in your address when ordering
- if no one is there to receive the order (even if someone was there but the delivery person says otherwise)
