REFUND

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed after receiving the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once we have approved the return, we must receive the order within 30 days. If not, we will not accept the return. This is linked to the return conditions obtained with our suppliers, who themselves impose a deadline on us. #transparency

To make your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us contact@theecopods.com with your order number to request a return and wait for our instructions. If you send the item to an address other than the one we provided to you, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the product and we cannot offer a refund if the package is lost.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will send you the return address by e-mail.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons that are not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, postmarked as proof.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for a refund to be issued.

Trades
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@theecopods.com and we will tell you what to do.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send us an email at contact@theecopods.com and we will tell you what to do.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

You must use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the tracking number is the only valid proof.

It is important that the returned item is in its original condition, in the original packaging.
