What types of capsules do you sell?

We sell reusable capsules compatible with Nespresso® (here), Nespresso Vertuo® (here), DolceGusto® (here), Caffitaly® - Cafissimo® - Tchibo® (here), Lavazza (here), Illy® (here) and Keurig® ( here), Tassimo®(here) and Senseo®(here). 

Can I buy a single capsule, or is it better to have the whole kit?
You can only buy 1 capsule, but if this is your first order or a gift for someone, we recommend you buy a package with a metal capsule + a metal tamper. Not only is it more economical, but the results are also better.

How can I get the best coffee with my ECOPODS capsule?

With which machines is the capsule compatible?
You can find the details of compatible machines on each of the product pages, usually in text and images.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship it 1-2 days after you place your order. After that, the receipt time varies between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your address and the postal service in the area. We keep you informed of the progress of your order, step by step by email.

The deadlines were logically impacted by the COVID pandemic. You should know that thanks to our very good relations with our transport company, we have so far been able to offer among the best delivery times, even during the crisis.

Are your packaging recyclable?

In principle, our packaging is indeed recyclable on certain products, in particular Nespresso capsules. Unfortunately, due to COVID, our supplier had a lot of difficulty, so for a short time we cannot guarantee the receipt of the product in this packaging.
